Just Cash never sells personally identifiable information about individual users to third parties. We may, however, share information about our users in the following circumstances:
1. When necessary to allow prospective parties (a seller or merchant) to conduct business with the use of the payments services we provide (the “Service”).
We do not disclose your financial information (such as bank account information) to any merchant or other recipient of payments you make without your prior consent. 3. To deliver relevant advertisements and special offers to you or to better understand the effectiveness of the ads you see
Just Cash may relay advertisements, offers and promotional information of third parties to groups of its users. In such cases, the business making the offer or disseminating the information will never obtain information, such as names or email addresses, which would enable it to contact our users directly.
4. When data regarding individual users are aggregated
